FAQ
Question: I just sent you an e-mail about an order or consultation inquiry. When can I expect a response?
Answer: In general, we are able to respond to your e-mail within 1 business day. If you have sent us an e-mail and have not heard back after 48 hours, we kindly ask you review your junk/spam folders.
Question: How soon can I expect my order to ship?
Answer: We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours. You should receive an e-mail confirmation when your order is shipped.
Question: When will my order arrive?
Answer: We proudly use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship our orders. All orders are shipped First Class Mail unless otherwise specified. Also, please know that COVID-19 may cause a slight delay in how quickly the USPS will deliver of your order.
Return Policy
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product to have it replaced or for a refund to the original payment method.
Please note we cannot exchange or refund products that have visible signs of wear or use that did not occur during shipping.

Privacy Policy
We retain information such as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number in order to ship products to you. We do not have access to your credit card information and therefore do not retain that information. We will not sell or distribute your information to third parties.
